Form submissions
When you submit a quote request, the details you enter are sent to our customer records system, which is provided by Wix.com Ltd. Wix stores that information on our behalf so we can read and respond to your enquiry, and processes it as our service provider rather than for its own marketing.
Your details are also emailed to us through Resend, Inc., so that the enquiry reaches the person who will answer it. If the customer records system is unavailable at the moment you submit, that email is the only copy of your enquiry and is what stops it being lost. Resend receives the same details, transmits them to our own mailbox, and acts only as our service provider rather than for its own purposes.
We keep submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of any work carried out.
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard server request data in order to deliver the site. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.
